100% Plovdiv

An unusual documentary theatre play presenting the live portrait of the city of Plovdiv. 100 citizens, divided into categories by gender, age, religion and political views, are brought together on stage to show the true face of the city. The process of selecting the participants is like a chain reaction – the first one gets chosen by the organizers, then he has 24 hours to choose another, who has the same time to find the next, etc.
Our task was to create the visual materials for the project, which included the design of this small book edition telling the personal story of each participant, their relationship with others, as well as illustrating the official statistics for the city.
